magnificent birds. not too clean, and certainly no good to eat (just heard, haven't experienced), but damn, few things evoke majesty and awe like a soaring bald eagle.
I did see ours last week, but they seem to be less frequent as the summer goes on. I think they head further north as the Salmon spawn.
Now, THAT is a pretty picture.
